Deposit & Booking Policy
To secure your rental items and event date, a deposit is required at least 7 days in advance. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to properly prepare, allocate inventory, and schedule your event with care and attention to detail.
Due to the custom nature of our services and limited availability, we are unable to guarantee bookings without a deposit received within this timeframe.
Any orders placed within 7 days of the event date may be subject to limited availability and expedited processing fees.
We recommend booking early to ensure your preferred items and designs are reserved.
